A 45-year-old man, Pastor Peter Oladiti Wednesday admitted before an Ibadan court that he stole an ipad and other sets of computer sets valued at over 240,000 on October 7 at Ile-Eja, Olohunsogo Area of Ibadan.
The Prosecutor Sikiru Opaleye told the court that the accused also stole an HP laptop computer valued at N85, 000 and a printing machine worth N8, 000, property of a secondary school principal.
The prosecutor added that the offences contravened Sections 413 and 390 of the Criminal Code Laws of Oyo state of Nigeria 2000.
Counsel to the accused, Mr Philips Ojo, applied for out of court settlement of the matter.
