A DAY after injured Taraba State Governor Danbaba Suntai was flown to Germany for treatment his three aides who were involved in the air crash with him have been transferred to the National Hospital, Abuja.
The governor’s Aide de Camp (ADC) Dasat Iliya, who was reportedly receiving treatment for his fractured leg at Yola hospital, was brought late last night to the National Hospital.
The Chief Security Officer (CSO) to the governor, Timo Dangana, who, reportedly had two fractures on both legs and the Chief Detail to the Governor, Joel Dan, who had a fractured arm, all arrived the National Hospital, where their boss left on Saturday.
The three aides to Suntai were initially to have been transferred to Jalingo, the Taraba State capital. It was not clear who directed their immediate transfer to Abuja.
They arrived the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport where they were conveyed in two National Hospital ambulances with a long convoy of vehicles carrying mostly security officials.
